In 2019, there were 55 HIV cases in La Salle, IL, a city in LaSalle County, transmitted at a rate of 58. The incidents later rose to 71 in 2021 at a transmission rate of 76. 

Chlamydia occurrences surged from 293 in 2012, prevailing at a rate of 257.2, to 383 in 2017 at a rate of 336.2. Gonorrhea was similarly on an upward trend as it rose five times from 20 incidents in 2011 at an occurrence rate of 17,6 to 100 in 2017 at a multiplied rate of 87.8.  

The county also had Primary and Secondary Syphilis cases amounting to one in 2009, 2010, and 2011, at a similar rate of 0.9. The infections later rose to 6 in 2015 at an occurrence rate of 5.3. They later dropped narrowly to 5 in 2017 at a reduced rate of 4.4. 

Early Syphilis incidents also increased four times, from 2 in 2010 at a rate of 1.8 to 8 in 2015 at a rate of 7.0.
