A trend in the increase of HIV cases in Fulton County, home to Milton City, was noted over a 5 year period between 2013 and 2018. The infections gained from 10,429 at a prevalence rate of 1,228 in 2013 to 13,468 at a prevalence rate of 1,599 by the end of 2018.
