San Anselmo, CA is a city in Marin County, is fighting an STD outbreak that's not showing signs of slowing down. It's experiencing increases in chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis.
Chlamydia is going up fast. In 2014, the county listed 582 new diagnoses. Later, in 2018, it had 815.
