Chlamydia data shows there were 64 reported cases among whites, 308 per 100,000. Among African Americans this number was 261, 1,621 per 100,000, while only 6 cases, 660 per 100,000 among Hispanics.
Gonorrhea had an infection rate of 9 cases among whites, 43 per 100,000. African Americans saw a prevalence of 73 cases, 453 per 100,000, while Hispanics had no reported cases.
Primary and secondary syphilis was negligible at 1 reported case among whites, 3 for African Americans and none for Hispanics.

Natchitoches has a couple locations for STD testing. Natchitoches Outpatient Medical Center located on Breazeale Springs Street and Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals on Bienville Street is another.
