Sanderson, FL, is a small community in Baker County fighting an STD outbreak. The rural area is seeing an increase in all STIs, including chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis.
It had 137 total bacterial STD infections in 2015. Four years later, in 2019, the area reported 196 new ones.
