You can also receive STD testing at Contra Costa Health Services (Brentwood Health Center) on Sand Creek Rd. In addition, the Pittsburg Health Center which is part of Contra Costa Health Services located on Loveridge Rd., also provides STD testing.
There are also facilities in the area that offer free STD testing. However, many of the facilities may have long waitlists and may not offer scheduled appointments or a walk-in option. In addition, some of these facilities may offer only a small number of STD tests or may not provide comprehensive results.
People who test positive for an STD may have to pay for a consultation with a doctor or may not have the option to receive a doctors consultation or prescriptions for treatment.
