In line with the New York State Ending the Epidemic strategy, the health staff in the Rockland County Health Department are focusing on the three main areas to help curb HIV transmission.
They direct their efforts towards identifying undiagnosed HIV-positive persons, linking and retaining PLWHA in care, and improving access to PrEP for high-risk individuals.
